That’s exactly where I’m at Dan. I’m a general builder with zero background in science and have found this whole pandemic fascinating. I knew nothing about any of these subjects and have spent several hours every day learning about all of this stuff from scratch. The use of podcasts and lectures such as this that I can listen to whilst working have been incredibly helpful to inform my views on how I should be acting in this pandemic. The thing I have always tried to do is to keep up to date with research and new data and adapting my views as I find out new info. That’s means changing my mind as new evidence occurs, something people seem to be hostile to for some reason. It does mean however, that the more i understand, the more I realise the scientists are learning about this virus and the vaccines as they go along, that’s why it seems sensible to remain somewhat sceptical about the use of an mRNA vaccine For myself and my children when we are very low risk and have already had covid. My parents are high risk and I’m very glad they had the vaccine (AstraZeneca). It’s difficult to understand why people are so aggressive to this stance.

my 9th-grade biology teacher who had a Ph.D. in molecular biology left our school in 1992 to work at the CDC a year later she returned to teaching at our school. She quit the CDC because the CDC had her working on Fauci's Coronavirus gain of function study. She was working to increase the mutation rate of the Coronavirus so the project could study more varients within shorter time frames. She quit her job over moral and ethical reasons because she believed that the coronavirus would take centuries to develop into something harmful without help because of its very slow rate of mutation. My biology teacher believed that she was working on a biological weapons project so she quit her job at the CDC. She told my junior year physics teacher when she returned to teaching at my school in 1993 and my physics teacher told our class about it. Maybe someone already asked this but when you say the arms in the trunk of the spike protein developed by the vaccines do not unfold to attach to the cells after they are produced can that be proven? It sounds like that is how it was designed but is that what it does? I believe we were told also that the spike proteins produced by vaccines were not supposed to leave the area the vaccines was injected. Like traveling in the blood but it’s possible they do. My point is that something can be designed to do something but that may not be exactly what it does in action.

muscles are vascular, even if not injected into a capillary, there are millions of lymphatic capillaries all around and yes whatever is injected does get taken up and travels. When presented via the lymphatic system to the lymph nodes, no doubt some get through and eventually travel via the greater lymphatic system to the lymphatic duct, the thoracic duct into the superior vena cava into the heart.

I didn't think the virus entered the cell. I thought binding protein attached to the receptor site and injected the viruses nucleic acid into the cell. What else uses the same receptor site? And as these portions of the spike protein stimulate the immune response. The Binding regions are attaching themselves to the outside of healthy cells making them targets for the immune response. Your description comes from a series of electron microscope images, NMR, and x-ray crystallography? How is it that you are acquiring your imagery? During spontaneous assembly are other viruses also replicating at the same time and are they interchanging protein capsules and nucleic acids? Thank you for raising the level of communication. How do you acquire your imagery? Most people think the virus is green with red Spike proteins- but what they're looking at is a cartoon because you can't resolve these images with light. Color occurs between 300 and 700 nanometers- how are you attaining your imagery? The virus is only 125 nanometers across. How do you know about the conformational change? To resolve it you need something with a shorter wavelength? What are you using? You don't get replication unless the nucleic acid makes it to the ribosome. You're saying that the trunk of the spike protein integrates into the cell membrane and as it does it pressures its nucleic acid into the cell. Prolines function like chaperones. You're the most heady guy I've listened to- thank you

Early in the pandemic it was reported in journals that people with type O blood did better with COVID infection vs those w/type A who did the worst. I don't know microbiology but I believe the differences in blood type also relate to sugars. Are there any updates now on how people with different blood types have ended up coping with either the virus (now that time has passed) or the vaccines?
@Merogenomics2 жыл бұрын
Yes I think you are right, it is related to the type of sugars coating our cells and it has to do with innate antibodies we have against different blood types. Hence blood type O has some advantage because it has antibodies against other blood types. Apparently these sugars can end up decorating the viral membranes and how we get that extra protection, but I did not study this in detail so please keep that in mind

Could you please help me understand if vaccine symptom transfer could be real and help me explain something to others that I believe is happening to me? I've had CFS and Fibromyalgia for about ten years, and have had nightsweats a lot in the past but not for about six years now. My partner had his second shot of the Pfizer in early March, and that weekend I developed severe night sweats, having to change my clothes/pajamas four to five times a night, with no exaggeration, while feeling chills. My clothes and pillow and sheets would be very damp almost wet with sweat, my whole upper body slick and almost oily, my glands also felt swollen and I felt exhausted and my hair suddenly became more grey. This begun the weekend of my partner's second shot (which I had zero anticipation of causing me any issue at all), and lasted every night without exception for about 2.5 months, tapering off slowly by around June, and now I still sweat and have to change my shirt every night (literally this is every day) but it isn't as horrible as those first 2-3 months. I also have woken up almost every day since, also no exaggeration, with cramps in my calf muscles so bad I have to hobble out of bed every morning (also without exception) and sometimes hold walls because my calf muscles feel like they don't work from stiffness and a cramping feeling until I've been moving around, this also happens when sitting too long which I also never have had before. I am 34 years old. My close friends believe me, but my family think it is a coincidence and something about this is really upsetting, because there is literally no information about this. It is written over and over again that you can't transmit the spike proteins or the virus, but I just wonder about the spike proteins, and also possibly other elements of it. I am generally extremely sensitive to many chemicals and get symptoms like severe headaches from things like laundry detergent. I am really struggling with this situation. Please if you have any information I would appreciate it so much.

Sounds like it could be triggering your mast cells. I’m not sure about the spike proteins - could be more to do with the GO?
@yellowbird54112 жыл бұрын
With your calf muscles being so sore/stiff, and you sweating like you did for so long, you may have thrown off your electrolytes, and you may benefit from a vitamin/mineral tablet each day or other source for minerals. Your doctor can test you for any depletion that you are experiencing. I think you definitely need some blood work done.

VAccination with mRNA vaccines cant do that, is imposible. You got infected coincidentally suffering syntoms that weekedn, then you developed long covid19, or the infection triggered some other pathology, that is the more scientifically plausible explanation
