આ વાર્તાલાપ નો વિડિઓ ખુબજ ઉપયોગી છે પણ આવોજ એક podcast જો ગ્રીન કાર્ડ હોલ્ડર માટે આપો તો ખુબજ સારુ, મને એક question થાય છે કે જો કોઈ ઇન્ડિયન ને અમેરિકા નું ગ્રીન કાર્ડ મળ્યું હોય તો india માટે તેનું કયું સ્ટેટ્સ ગણાય? શુ ઇન્ડિયા નું ઇન્ડિયન સ્ટેટ્સ જ્યાં સુધી સિટીઝનશિપ ના મળે ત્યાં સુધી ચાલુજ રહે કે કેમ? આ બાબતની જાણકારી આપતો વિડિઓ આપવા વિનંતી છે.

તમારી પાસે જ્યાં સુધી GC હશે ત્યાં સુધી તમે ઇન્ડિયા નાં citizen ગણાશો અને તમે ઇચ્છો ત્યારે ઇન્ડિયા જઈ શકો જે માટે તમારે ઇન્ડિયા નાં વિઝા ની જરૂર નથી. US Citizen માટે OCI લેવાનો કોઈ ખાસ ફાયદો નથી

Oci માં અમે mombasa છીએ, મારા son નુ aply કર્યું પણ ફોર્મ આપવા ગયા તો જો ઓનલાઇન માં ડોક્યુમેન્ટ માંગ્યા તે આપ્યા , એક્સ્ટ્રા doucument માંગે છે. Resident પ્રુફ ane કોલેજ લેટર , તો officev gaya pacchhi pareshani ane દોડાદોડી થઇ પડે છે. ઓનલાઇન માં માંગેલા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ જ હોવા જોઈએ, પછી ફરીથી બીજા documents માંગવા ના જોઈએ.
