Hello Bola, I got university acceptance for February 2024 intake and I applied for a visa appointment in Zambia and got an invitation for 30 October 2023. However I have had a change in circumstances in terms of my proof of funds and I am not going to have it ready by the appointment date. I will likely have the documents ready next year in time for the September intake 2024. How should I proceed, do I cancel my appointment with the embassy? If yes, what should I say to the embassy. Another question is wont cancelling the appointment ruin my chances of getting another appointment when I finally do apply later on when my documents are ready? Please help

Inform your coordinator that you’re yet to get your visa. Ask if you can be allowed to resume late and do your enrollment online. Or if you have a friend there to enroll on your behalf and you start classes at home while the visa decision is pending. Who knows you might just get it before 20.9

The interview is subjective. Some between 10-20 mins. They check your documents before the interview. Others could be longer
