Harishbhai...another very emjoyable video with excellent food in Chennai. One thing I notice easily is that eating places in South India seem to be quite clean and hygienic, unlike North India where dirt and grime seems to be common. I wonder why they have such a better attitude to food hygiene in Southern India. I have nothing again North India but I would hesitate to even think to eat street food in the places shown in many of these programmes. Obviously street food is different where the streets are quite dirty but even here Chennai seems to be much cleaner. Nicely presented with mouth watering food in Chenna. Thank you Harishbhai.

Sir in elai ada in Kerala we don't use maida bcos it is hazardous not good for health only with plain rice it can be made stuffing of course jackfruit coconut jaggery elaichi powder

At 2:28 sweet sayam is quite similar to called "Ukdiche Modak" at kokan region (costal Maharashtra), only change is outer layer is of rice flower rest is same.

Elai idali , the one in banana leaf which is steamed , we in maharastra make the same in kokan which is known as patoli during nagpanchami festival , with inside stuff of coconut and jaggery but not jackfruit
