ingredients :
ಮೊಳಕೆ ಬಂದ ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು / sprouted moong - 1 bowl ( sprouts from 150 grams of grain )
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ / chopped onion - 2
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ / chopped tomato - 4
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಜೆ / chopped potato - 2
ಹಸಿ ಶುಂಠಿ / ginger - 1 inch
ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ / butter - 2 tbsp
ಎಣ್ಣೆ / oil - 2 tbsp
ಗೋಡಂಬಿ / cashews - 10 to 12
ಪಲಾವ್ ಎಲೆ / bay leaf - 1
ಸೋಂಪು ಕಾಳು / fennel seeds - 1 tsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ / cumin seeds - 1 tsp
ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ್ ಚಿಲ್ಲಿ ಪೌಡರ್ / kashmir chilli powder - 1 tsp
ಅಚ್ಚ ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ / red chilli powder - 1 tsp
ಧನಿಯ ಪುಡಿ / coriander powder - 1 tsp
ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ / garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ / cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - as per taste
ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೇಥಿ / kasuri methi - little
