the significance of the water drops that were shown in the scene was that before the fight they would show one water drop and kamal starts fighting and when the next water droplet is shown falling down he is done killing, this shows the speed of the Kamal fight.. This scene is main turning point of the movie, as before this scene he is just as an dancer, but this scene reveals all the past and the things Kamal was hiding.. watch the movie, you will definitely like it..

The water drop is for us to show, that heroine is rewinding back what all happened....the fight scene happens so fast and later that heroine thinks again & hence the same fight comes in slow motion & once again the water drop occurs, when the lady comes to present...

As Sim very well pointed out. the water droplets shown in the beginning of this scene denotes the count kamal takes to handle each person. which is two. so two secs for each person till he picks the gun.
