Visio: Working with Master Shapes in the Document Stencil

thanks, it works! but I have a problem with data field: in your example you add a field to a master shape while in my case I have to delete a field. I try to delete it in the same way but when I put the shape in the workspace the field is still there. can you help me?

Hi, is there any way to add external data to a Master-Shape? I know there is a way to add excel-data to a shape on the drawing page but i want to add this data to all shapes of one kind by default. Do you have any solution? thx

where can i find out how to take a shape (picture) of a house and have data pull up if different areas of the house is clicked on? I've seen this done with the map of the United states, but I need to find out how to do this with a picture of a house
