Vision Quest (Trance Meditation) (this will awaken your soul and your spirit animals)

Spirit animal(s)and ancient knowledge await you here... Spirit animals are very real, they live in us, they are a part of us and who we are. Many, many generations ago, we all lived in tribes in different areas of the world, and all of our tribes had animal totems. The animals in our ancient stories are where we came from, our great ancestors. In this time we live, the spirit animals are still a part of us, but because of our mixing across the world with other tribes, other peoples, we have multiple spirit animals within us now. I have had many experiences throughout my life with sensing and even seeing and being communicated with by my different spirit animals. They have come to me in times of need, transition, change, etc., and have shown themselves to me. Personally I have the hawk and falcon, the mountain lion, the owl, the turtle, the wolf, and others that have yet to show themselves. I am from many people, and carry in my soul many animals spirits. You have multiple spirit animals as well. Close your eyes and take this vision quest, and find your spirit animals, your tribes, your ancestors throughout time. You have been uncountable incarnations throughout time. This will help you to tap in to them as you take this vision quest. This will also help you have visions to help you through this incarnation, this life and other lives that still lay ahead on your soul's journey through time.
I know many go straight to Native American when they think of vision quests. But in all cultures throughout time there have been some who have sought visions and much more. We all come from these places, and it is a natural part of each incarnation for each of us to seek wisdom. Today, as throughout time, there is only a small percentage of people that seek these things. And you are obviously one of those people, for you are here, so therefore you must be seeking my friend. This will help you find the things deep inside that you seek. The infinite knowledge and wisdom your soul has within it, is there for you. This will help you tap in to that knowledge and wisdom.

Try different things, just listening while doing other things, or meditation, while falling to sleep, etc.. What ever you feel works best for you. Each person experiences this all differently. I meditate with it all, but also will just let it play while doing other things like now, replying to comments, but listening to the music. It can put you in a nice place while doing almost anything. I have been working on the spirit animal thing for years. I found it at a very young age. But more have shown themselves over the years. You will see it in the way you do certain things as you go through life, and in signs. This will show you them if you clear your mind and let the music/frequencies take you there. Keep going my friend, you will find what you are looking for.

The simple answer to that, though it can be quite complicated, is to get out of your own way. That is how I play music and many other things in my life; is by getting out of my own way. Let it happen, don't try to make it happen. That's what my music is for; to let us clear our minds, let all of the noise go, and let our true selves come to the surface. The animal spirits are a natural part of our true selves, and if we just step aside, they are right there, dwelling in our souls. Peace my friend!
