What you see, in the Gantt chart is what will be printed
Zoom In / zoom out in the gant chart and those changes will change the printout.
Columns that are partialy shown on the Gant Chart will not be printed.

Hi Christina, I tried to print and I have one question. The printing period is not from the start date of the project. It's from two days before the start date. Do you have any clue why like that? Thank you.

Without seeing what is your project, I can suspect the start date that you defined in the project information. Let me know this is the case.

Thank you for your feedback. MsProjects prints what you see in a chart. If you make the font bigger in the chart, they should be bigger in the print out. Let us know if it worked. Have a great day.

Sometimes when I'm in a rush for a presentation or a report I capture the part of the screen that interest me and insert it in an other document or in power point. Have a great day.
