The day the video to Master of the Hurricane came out, I left a comment on your reaction video to the Legion of the Seas, because I had the feeling that you would love it. This song just blew me away. Sounds like Nightwish, but in the best way.

I so much like this song especially that intro melody, which is mindblowing. My son (5 years old) likes me to repeat the pirate video all the time😄, which is a total moviescore in itself. I really enjoy the peaceful pianoplay as well. It is almost as if you're under water, which suits very well with the video too. Thanks again for your reaction👌Oja, Clementine🥰

Hellava song and band, isn't it? This band has matured so, so much since their first few albums. They've been around since the mid 2000s, but due to constant switching of the female lead vocalist, it was kinda hard to stay interested. Their first two albums from 2002 and 2004 had Nicole Bogner, who wasn't all that great. She passed away though about 10 years ago i think. Then for their 2007 album, Melissa Ferlaack was the vocalist. Then for the 2011 and 2013 albums, Maxi Nil was the vocalist. Oh, and from 2003 to 2013, Mario Plank was the male vocalist. However, the band actually broke up after 2013. But then the drummer got in contact with Clémentine Delauney to do a tribute performance or something sometime before 2018, and it worked out so well they decided to reform the band and hired Michele Guaitoli as the male vocalist. And they've put out 3 albums since, including this new 2022 album, Pirates, which was just released. And I honestly believe that this will be their breakout album. Much like how Once (2005) was with Nightwish, Pirates might be the big breakout for Visions. Because this full on Pirate theme is extremely catchy and cool. And you couldn't ask for a better Pirate Maiden than Clémentine. She's definitely got the look. Square-ish jaw line and thick black hair. Reminds me of someone in the Black Sails series.

the male vocalist is michele guaitoli and he's also part of a band called Temperance. their most recent album with him 'Diamanti' has some bangers on it, definitely worth giving them a listen. "Pure Life Unfolds" is the opening track and definitely a great introduction to them. the female vocalist, clémentine delauney, has also been in a few other bands but i haven't had the chance to dive into them so someone more knowledgeable will have to let us both know which of her other projects to check out!
