Is it a video? He is angel...Great singers are always underrated...why??
@mattyoung43363 жыл бұрын
Minimalist Twinkle ... My thoughts are that it could largely be down to that being how they prefer it. I'm certain that when they perform in front of audiences like this, they would actually feel quite satisfied and successful. Artists like this, that is to say people who are truely deserving of the title of Artist, I'm almost certain would not equate their success to how many world wide number 1 songs they have, or the value of their recording contract or endorsement contracts, just as they are not motivated to release albums so frequently so as to keep the money rolling in. This is not to say though that they would not be thrilled to have hit songs, or earn more money or gain more fans ..... but they appear to be the kind of artists who would not be out to achieve all those things by doing things like pumping out albums, selling their faces to large companies, etc. Regardless of how you feel about it, there is a place for the highly manufactured, pop based, music and artists. There's nothing wrong with a good singer, or catchy song, they pass time and are good for a dance or whatever. You can recognise these sorts of songs or artists by the fact they are some manufactured group (as opposed to bands that form naturally) and their songs get lots of airplay and maybe they release two or three albums a year .... and there is a place for those bands or artists that maybe have a real loyal following, some of who are constantly confused why they aren't more successful. They tend to write their own material and release new stuff less often. In a nutshell .... some of those we call artists are people who maybe love money and fame first and are happy to let others control a large portion of their persona, and they have a good voice, so they become instruments of a recording company and sing songs they are given, that are written by groups of people who aren't there pouring their hearts out over their experiences and making songs. They are people with a keen sense of current sentiments and create lyrics to fit this. Usually the topics of songs are about love, or relationships, or break ups or anger. They appeal to so many people so will likely make the most money. Unfortunately though, you do get those kinds of artists having fans who are just crazy and have unshakable beliefs thAt the artist wrote the song all by themselves and the lyrics are so meaningful and fit my life perfectly .... these are usually the same people who line up to buy their tickets to a One Direction concert 5 days before they go on sale, and can be found often crying because they are so overwhelmed they are so close to buying tickets to see these people they revere as gods and this is emotional because you've loved them for so long and they just make really good music and are so cute. Those 13 year old girls that lose mental function because they scored tickets and will be in the presence of their idol ... they are the worst kind of person alive! Then there are bands that don't relinquish so much control and write either all, or most, of their own material. Because it's personal, you could get one album that's upbeat cause, who knows, maybe the lead singer writing the songs got married and had a kid. Happy times! Then next time it's an album with a focus on depressed slower songs cause they broke up or the kid died. It's unpredictable what you get, but usually you get a few gems. The groups we may love and feel are not getting the recognition they deserve, often are getting what they deserve. If they wanted more money, fame or exposure, they know they could go to a record company and say "ok, we will be puppets" and overnight get rich. But honestly, for a group of real artists who seem under appreciated, do you really want them to be so much more appreciated by inviting in the crazy teenage girl fans? No thanks ... keep those crying, screaming, giggling bishes away from my singers please! But
