Very awesome story. To think that he left home and set out for his destiny at age 13, makes me want to go back and do it all over again! I hope that, Jesus, gets all of the glory here...not only in George's life...but in the lives of his children and generations thereof. ❤️

I am so honored to be Dr. George Washington Carvers Heir Apparent. Dr. Carver inspired me as a child. I left US Global Trade to return to Watts to organize Watts, to create Non-GMO Products, to create USA Home Delivery 🏡 I came to find the Apprentices, to teach them to learn to feed each other Real Food!! We collectively returned US Global Trade with 3 trillion products. WE ONLY EAT, WHAT WE GROW is a direct action that was the Organic Seed from Dr. Carver. He was a Doer. So am I. I pray Our Youth continue Our Legacy! 🙏🏾

I go past the farm where he was born/raised, all the time for my job. I have this dude on my mind much more than I would have ever imagined, just because of that drive (& I love history & find everything he did pretty amazing). Also near me.......Bonny & Clyde's garage apartment (where the famous photos were left behind) & we have tons of Jesse James/James & Younger gang history. I'm also only about 3 blocks from the original Route 66, so there is tons of history in this area. It's a great place to visit & especially beautiful to look at. You can't beat the Ozarks.

@@hymns2enjoy I currently live in Springfield because the office I work out of is there & it's central for my job.....I have to travel the sw part of the state. I have a daughter in Mt. Vernon & a former significant other (seemed silly to write "ex" when I'm in my 50's, but so does significant other, lol) a bit sw of Sarcoxie. I have family in Anderson, Noel & Neosho that I dont' see very often but wave towards their direction when I'm passing through, lol. Are you near this area, by chance? I'm still learning the history around here. I've always lived in the Ozarks but originally from Truman Lake/Osage river.

George Washington Carver is a national treasure: he got amazed respect because he studied and EARNED respect. There are those (and we know who THEY are!) who demand respect though they contribute nothing good to the world: they smash and destroy and think somehow that entitles them to respect!!!

That's not good, because I did in school, but then again took advanced biology in Florida public JM Tate High School, that used to have an important agriculture academic program, also tied to The 4H Club, where kids also raise animals to win county prizes. One of the most important scientific areas to see at The Pensacola Interstate Fair, which is annually soon. That's where I won a second prize for a genetics project about roses, that was entered in the contest by my Catholic middle school principal, Sister Maura. It was selected to be entered into the fair competition. I was her go to girl for things like that, and an Optimists Club speech contest, where I also won second place. I don't remember when taught about George Washington Carver, but probably initially up North in Chicago. What happened folks? I still feel like Rip Van Winkle. Should know that American tale too. Man who slept for twenty odd years. All kids in Alabama, Tennessee, should be annually going on that school field trip.

Why I was in advanced biology in high school, my middle school earnings. All of the advanced placement classes. I was competing against kids from local families, that I don't know if had anything like those winnings to be in the advanced placement classes, but it was decided based on mine.

What’s crazy is that is pleasant as the video may be , why didn’t whoever authorized this video tell the truth why he had no children , I get the inspiration , but the truth about his real history is the right story to tell . Just saying the facts , this is fairytales in some way , The Family that adopted him castrated him because they couldn’t risk when he became sexually active that he wouldn’t do anything harm to their daughter . That’s facts 👌🏿 Questions comments concerns …. Do your re- search of what you think you might understand or stand under . Don’t be fooled .
