Visit ALBANIA for CHEAP! | What I Spent in a Day in Ksamil, Albania (During High Season 2022!!)

If you're wondering "can you visit Albania on a budget in 2022" or "is Albania worth a visit" then this video is for you!! While you can do things more affordably (as we typically do by grocery shopping, finding free beaches, & practicing minimalism) today, I wanted to show you what a day out would be like in southern Albania and some of the prices and expenses you can incur/avoid if you are interested in traveling Albania on a dime!!

It's also worth mentioning that you can HALF the grand total amount we spent today if you are a solo traveler/splitting costs with a travel partner. Seth and I jus recently got married so we ar trying the whole "what's yours is mine" approach ;)

My big tip for you as I'm sure many of others might have warned you, try and visit Ksamil/Albania out of high season as the prices may be a little higher but most importantly the crowds will diminish (which are CRAZYYYY right now!)

Albania is in Europe. Balkans in what is called a 'subregion', and this subregion is located in Europe, just like how Scandinavia is also a subregion and also located in Europe.

$46 USD a night in season. If you go on shoulder season, you can rent an entire apartment for a month, for about $400 USD maximum. The food and drink menu prices also change, they are lower by about 30%.
