Visit forest park Buloba in Uganda.

#Parks provide a place where people can be physically active to reduce #stress, which can improve their #mental #health. They also provide a place where people can meet, which improves community #connections.
Luckily we have this park in Uganda. Which we visited and had lots of #fun while there!
Some of the activities you can do while at forest park include:
-zip lining
-peddling
- swimming
- Ferris wheel
- Swing chairs
-team building activities
-paint ball
-outdoor games like volleyball ball,soccer
And all these activities range between (ugx 5,000 -20,000)

Hello it’s free on week days and on weekends the entrance can some times be ugx 5000 or ugx 10,000 but you can check their website and call the place just to be sure.
