follow Lt. Bravo was glad to see him here he’s a rockstar 😅 Good interview Negra. It is crazy how no matter what State you work in all the stories are the same. I worked for AZ DOC and AZ Juv Corr- 16 years of service as well. I investigated EEO complaints and I worked in the Internal Affairs Bureau. I saw and heard it all. It is really hard to do the job that the administration is asking you to do for example-not reporting all the facts in reports to make the agency look good even if you know it’s wrong. There is a lot of corruption that goes on in this type of environment-it’s very toxic and you bring that negativity in to your personal life.

I love this! (In my Negra voice) 😂 talking about the predators. I was raped by a family member for 4 years almost every night. It did go to court for almost 2 years and i finally let him plead out to half the charges. I was over going to court, having to look at him and repeat over and over again what happened to me while he just sat there. Its so true that you have to prove their guilt. Going thru that made me teach my kids about privacy and if anyone hurts them before teaching them ABCs. I hate people that hurt anyone. I take everything i have been thru and use it to help me, to help someone else. I always want to lift people up and not knock them down.

Hector is right and a lot of the stuff especially the fact that administration will tell you to do something that’s wrong. because a lot of administration gets promoted like a personnel specialist for example. I know one now it’s in associate warden and it’s like that throughout the state I work 20 years I love and appreciate your channel and nothing but salute and respect like I said 20 years 2000 to 20 Staff was the hardest part. The job was easy if you worked before labor the job is the easiest job you’ll ever have but staff makes it off the hook. For example, that’s where some of them get in good shape a nice car and decent money but I always told everybody uniform doesn’t make me I make the uniform for me. He’s 100% right and administration doesn’t like that attitude and do whatever it takes to get rid of you. 🍻✊🏽

That guy VladTV is something else-he’s not from Southern California, and it’s obvious he doesn’t do his homework on his guests. He’s always asking these "cop questions," trying to stir things up and get views, even if it means putting people in a tough spot. I remember watching an interview he did with Sick Jacken from Psycho Realm, where he brought up his brother Big Duke getting shot on January 29, 1999. Duke was shot in the neck while trying to break up a fight at Tommy’s Burger Stand on Beverly and Rampart Boulevard in L.A. You could see Sick Jacken getting frustrated because Vlad kept pushing, repeatedly asking about the shooter who shot at Duke. He even asked Sick Jacken about the "rules" (reglas) of South Siders, and Sick Jacken had to shut it down, saying, “I’m not a gang member, I’m not a Sureño.” How do you bring someone onto your show and not even know that? That’s the problem with these outsiders-they come to California, cross boundaries, ask reckless questions, and don’t understand the consequences or the culture they’re messing with.
