Great video! I was just at this exact same shop back in May, and I bought a Large Meiji Era Silver Yen. I didn't even notice how cheap those silver 100 yen were, if I did I probably would have bought all of them haha! Might have to go back again next time I'm around in Asia. Cheers

You know, I just realized it! That is a good price indeed, given the price of silver these days and the recent weakness of JPY. Looking at the 2023 catalog those are fine condition prices so really not bad at all! 4.8 grams of 60% silver content is valued at $2.15, when 250 JPY = $1.73. Great insight, I hope I visit again soon, and I might just buy 'em up if the prices stay the same. Thanks a lot for watching, and I'm glad you found it useful. Go grab that silver if you can.
