It truly is. We've been there twice now however the second time I had a medical emergency and well didn't really enjoy my time as I was struggling and in major pain. We didn't vlog about that but I ended up having an emergency colon surgery a week later. We can't wait to go back again some day.

No we are one of the highest areas in elevation in the neighborhood. What I meant is the ground water is only 4-8 ft below the surface and that hampers our septic and drain fields for black water. We also have frost issues to think of. All water lines need to be buried at least 10ft deep and include a layer of insulation above before being buried so our water supply doesn’t freeze between the well and the house in extreme low temperatures.
