Pyttipannu is so easy and cheap basic food. Like a new cooked potatoes and silli fish with fresh tilli .That is so simple summer food but it is not for all ppl. It can be little weird combo. Or silli, eg bread.

after the pyttipannu is almost done i usually crack 2 eggs in there and mix until its cooked then drown it in heinz ketchup

"Fresh" but cooked potatoes. From raw it will take forever.
