There are jobs that dont require experience to start. Fast food, landscaping, grocery stores. When I used to run restaurants, high school kids were wonderful employees. I usually started them as bussers, then food runners...on up to servers and hosts. Start at one of those- learn how to stock, clean, run a register, take an order, talk to strangers..after that the jobs build on themselves. Menial jobs arent the best but they are useful.
