Sea moss or Irish moss is well known in Guyana and is nothing new. I grew up drinking sea moss. Nice Video. 😊

Good evening guys, very interesting post. Great showcasing of the local products and, at the same time, its Educational by Chef Dalvern. It's the first time I have heard about breadfruit flour. I remembered crab wood trees on the farm. They are very tall trees and bear a red bearing. It's wonderful to hear about the health benefits of the fruits. I'm looking forward to part two. I Bought Sea moss There And After Using It , I Lost Lots Of Weight. Every Time I Use A Tablespoon Of It , Immediately Starts Vomiting Mucus , I Actually Sense The Mucus Coming Down From My Head Got Me Spitting All Day, But At The End It Was Great

@@PhilipVlogsMD The sushi items are rolled in seaweed... if you ever ate it. It looks like a green wafer thin sheet. I don't like sushi or the raw japanese dishes. The only Japanese foods i eat, are curry and teriyaki chicken.
