Paper Thanks for taking us off the beaten path and going to out of the way corners and hidden crevices! Love to see this part of Japan too! Stay humble. Good Luck in 2024. Glad to see you are OK from earthquake and airport disasters! Prayers for the victims of those terrible tragedies. 🙏 DD☮️

Japan's scenery is absolutely breathtaking and it is definitely on my bucket list because of it.
I worked in Japan in the 90s as a dekassei and how wonderful the land of my grandparents is. I miss you forever. Now I'm in Manaus AM

Thanks for taking us to a smaller town in Japan. Loved the different train styles. Wish that the US had vending machines like these, 40 years ago we had fresh fruit machines in some train stations. You must have quite an empty stomach to fill - with all of that food! I think that I would like the cold corn soup!

So glad to see that you have posted a new video so soon after the earthquake there. We have been worried about your safety. We love watching your videos as they show us so many unique places I probably will never be able to visit due to my age and health. I am a 60 year old woman that lives in the state of Texas in the United States. Thank you for informing us about your country. It's a beautiful place!!

@@dc_miller5248 has a good point. Here's a little background not in the news: while the earthquake is certainly tragic, the area it affects is small by both Japanese and American standards. Serious shaking affected around 75k population. The whole Japanese mainland is the size of the entire US East Coast. As an analogy, if a tornado hit Macon, Georgia (metro pop 150k), you wouldn't be losing sleep about it, and calling your friends in Washington DC to see if they were safe.
What an amazing journey and vending machine experience! Thank you for taking us with you and keep up the great video content!

Vending machines are so cool in Japan! Such amazing food available! Here in the UK people only use them if they are really desperate. I like the range of your videos from super-luxury to basic budget travel. If anything I'd like to see more visits to scenic out-of-the way places like this one.

Thank you! What a delightful video. I would love to try the noodles and the burgers here. So interesting to see this attractive small town and the old temple. Your videos are such a pleasure! My suggestion for a video is the Seibu Chichibu railway line to Hanno. I saw a cab-view video of this ride and it looked beautiful. I would love to see you do a scenic ride on a small local railway like this. Thank you always for showing us such interesting parts of Japan!

If I’m not mistaken I think the Mirumēku is supposed to be added to milk to make a coffee beverage, but I am not positive. If that’s true then you just tasted the concentrate and is no wonder why you wouldn’t like it too much. Thanks for the tour of a gem of the beaten path.

Great video. Ah yes my country's coffee, looks like it's said Sumatera edition, since there's tiger labelled on the can. That's long journey with plenty of train changing, but paid off with beautiful Japanese countryside, definitely different side from big cities. Some vending machine requiring lucky things, and yeah the temple is bit creepy and I'm curious what above the temple? Looks like viaduct carrying road or something?
