I can't believe Khao Yai is a 3 hour drive from Bangkok! It was so great to see a completely different side of Thailand so close to the bustling capital city, try lots of great food and stay at a very cool, hotel. I'm always blown away by how much Thailand has to offer.

Khao Yai is very popular among Thai people since it's not far from Bangkok. There're many beautiful resorts, restaurants, Cafes, Vineyards and many places to visit around this area of Nakornratchasrima province. I hope you have more time to explore.

I am half Thai. I visit Thailand every year. I found your channel awhile back because of Thailand. I LOVE Thailand! lol. You are doing an incredible job on your solo Traveling. The music the editing is spot on and unique to your kind of style, I love it. Last time I was in khao Yai we stayed at Lala Mukha Glamping tent and tree house resort. It was super expensive but worth it. My uncle and I stayed in the tent which was amazing, had bathroom living room and bedrooms lol. My mom and aunt and all the girl cousins stayed in the amazing tree house. My uncle was teasing me saying if I was going to snore loud the wild elephants will come down and trample our tent LOL. I cant wait to get back in April for Songkran!

Harriet and I have been to Thailand several times. Never been to Khao Yai. This Park we missed. What a hidden gem! So good. Khaoyai is huge it depends on where you enter. Pakchong is a famous weekend destination among middle-class locals, especially from Bangkok not because of the national park itself since most people have been there, I can't think of any Thai who haven't been to Khaoyai already the question would be how many times have you been to Khaoyai instead. The national park isn't what people like to visit again and again, but the resorts and facilities around it are the magnets, there are many nice scenic resorts around Khaoyai, that could be the destination of their own such as fake Italy one, I've been to Toscana, the one in Khaoyai is look as good as real. Another cheaper destination located on the other side of Pakchong Khaoyai is Nakhon Nayok this one is famous among budget travelers with lower-end facilities but it got what Pakchong doesn't have which is cruising on the dam and rafting on the river.

That is sooo exciting! Which camera did you go with? Did you get a microphone too? No fancy lenses at the moment as I often don’t have time to change them so I go for what’s light and versatile. I just use the standard lens my Z30 came with at the moment 😊

Everybody needs a Nam to bring them doughnuts! More doggo's! None with eyebrows but we did get a sleepy pup and a googly eyed little baby 😃 I loved the music choice and how seamlessly you sync it to the visuals. That montage at 05.20 was super clean, I loved the sense of progression and time passing on a dreamy walk through a summer paradise. The beat/footage sync on the montage at 17.17 was perfection! Also that shot where you acknowledge that yes, nature is a thing thats happening and it's wonderful, but BREAKFAST! That spoke to me on every level. I had a bunch of dead air at the end of the video from 22.40 to 24.26. If thats actually there and not just a fault on my end then you can edit it out using the KZbin video editor. It allows you to make small changes without losing views or having to reupload. Thanks again for the amazing video and a chance for me to leave my house in Australia and go to exotic places 🙂

Hello Phoebe, I'm Thai and I love your videos in Thailand so much since last time you visited our country. Just my suggestion, other national park to spot wild elephant is at Kui Buri national park and it is easier to spot them than Khao yai. Kui Buri nation park is in Prachuap Kiri Khan province down south of Thailand. This province also has many famous tourist area such as Hua Hin (one of famous beach town in Thailand) Prachuap Kiri Khan town (peaceful beach town that you can easily spot dusky leaf monkey)

Kao Yai is a popular holiday or long weekend for Thai nations 😁. We love to go there. It’s a secret national park for the nations. 🤣The best ozone in Thailand. You can see New Zealand or Switzerland scenery. An Italian town. English cottage. Cows and horses farm like Australia 😁. We grow all western fruits veggies flowers there such as grapes, blueberry, avocado, Kales, passion fruit, fig. Mostly an organic produce. Rich people from bangkok start buying land around national park. Beware of Elephants. They are wild elephants🫢.

Phoebe, why not create your own tourism company for travelers across Asia or instead partner with Fantastic Holidays. you have: - Amazing charisma - Travel knowledge - Have taste in food (and tries local foods which is a big + to many) especially for travelers - Goes to hidden gems and rare places that foreigners miss i think establishing this will draw the stable life line you currently are looking for since you are independent and doing your passion (traveling in Asia and maybe even the world later who knows) as we speak. Enjoy life as its wonderful and matches your soul.
