This is for sharing with family on christmas, it's the typical christmas sweet of spain, also with the "Polvorones". and normally you just take with the hand little pieces of the cut you've made, jajajaja. i¡There are different types of turrón, but the originals and the most ancients are 4 types (including that one). The main ingredient almost always is almond. That one is made of burnt yolk, is not creame brulé; here we have differents sweets made from yolk, but it's not creame brulé (it's a different thing from France, similar but not the same, but people only knows the creame burlé .😭😭😭😭). We never eat turrón the rest of the year but now there are Vicens shops everywhere for tourists, to expand the turrón over the world. It's a good brand. Totally recommended
