I was so happy to get to visit my best friend Noe's hometown! Noe and I have been friends ever since we went to fashion college together, and she is easily one of if not my absolute best friend. As you may see in this video, our sense of humour really aligns and we have so much banter. Our dear friend Kinu also came, who is also one of my best friends.
Noe's hometown is the Japanese prefecture of Shiga, which is right near Kyoto. It's not very famous, but we had so much fun exploring and travelling and I really absolutely would recommend visiting if you ever get the chance! It felt like we were in a Ghibli film.
The Japanese countryside will always have a place in my heart.
