My son also premature baby(36 weeks)...weight 1.9kg .......he was in nicu for 3days.....now he is 3months old....with normal weight 5kg(by exclusive breastfeed)....will share some tips for weight gain 1. Don't allow visitors upto 3months 2.only two members allowed to handle the baby 3.try to give breastfeed frequently 4.sleeping hours (18 to 20 hours per day) 5.keep the baby warm (swaddle while sleeping)

Nanum en payana ipdi tha poe pathen.. En son healthy ahh than irunthan 2.6 kg.. Yethetho reason soli nicu la 3 days vachanga.. Romba bayanthen now he is 4 years old.. Very active and intelligent 😘
