I’m from San Lorenzo PR I live here that’s only the town side . The country side is amazing lots of beautiful rivers. There is 7 chorros El rio las tres bocas and Lots of local cuisine dine during the weekend along route up to the mountains. You can visit the highest mountain Cerro Gregorio
