There shouldn't be any issues driving up until the waterfalls if you are within Telangana state... however we're not sure whether the location is open for tourists... look for the latest google reviews and see if any one was able to get there. Please let us know if you could make it or not, Stay Safe and protected throughout. Follow the govt guidelines to travel.

Cost completely depends upon the vehicle mileage, hotels you stay in, food you prefer to eat, any other additional expenses that may come up as per your travel requirements. When we did this trip, our round trip costed us (2 people) Rs 12000.00 which included fuel (Rs 5000) for the round trip, hotel (Rs 3800) for 2 nights, food (Rs 2200) and for the tolls and tourism tickets and other miscellaneous expenses costed (Rs 1000).
