I love mole with chicken & Mexican rice & tortillas, for me to die for , mole is made of a lot of spices & ingredients, have to go to Oaxaca, hualtulco beach , purrto Escondido (surf ) , hope u stick around for dia de Los muertos ( day of the dead ) , it will melt your heart , love you content

Mole is originally from Puebla, but there are many variations around the country, mostly in the center area. “Mole” word comes from Mexican language and means Sauce. What makes special mole from Puebla is the sweetness of it

Hey gals! Lovely episode here. Didn't know the largest pyramid was in Mexico. Loved that church on top of it. That little glimpse inside was amazing. As far as eating bugs is concerned, I'm totally on Micha's side here. I'll eat it only if I'm backed into a corner. Lol! I've never had mole poblano before. But it reminds me of, omg, that chocolate champorado you had in Manila with the dried fish. Lol! Never had chalupas like those either. Really enjoyed this vlog. 😄👍
