Visiting the site where the battle of Badr took place

On the 17th day of Ramadan (2 AH), 1000-strong Quraysh equipped with horses, camels and shields fought the Muslim army, who numbered only 314
The battle of Badr was an important and the first major battle the Muslims fought at the time of the prophet.
We were fortunate enough to visit the battle site on our trip to Saudi and we would highly recommend that you visit.
