Hey, if you're heading further north, you absolutely have to visit Leh in Ladakh. Especially in the summer, it's an unbeatable destination. Picture the majestic Himalayas towering over you, their snow-capped peaks under clear blue skies. There are many ancient monasteries perched on cliffs and also magical lakes like Pangong and Tso Moriri. You can trek through rugged mountain trails, visit charming villages, and meet the warm locals. A trip to Leh is an adventure you’ll cherish forever. I think it's just an hour and half flight from Delhi. Great videos btw. Loving them.

Wow!! That sounds like a dream, you described it so well I can almost picture it when I close my eyes! Trekking was definitely something I missed out on since I did have the proper gear but I’ll have to come back with the proper gear and warmer months to visit Leh😍

The purpose of curd in Indian cuisine is to neutralize the acidity from spices and oil. however a sweet lassi defeats that purpose because it contains sugar. Hence, ppl consume salted lassi aka chaas usually at the end of the meal to neutralize acidity. It's not so for taste.

Ah I wish I knew this, I drank it before my meal and for taste! That makes so much sense. I love how this cuisine is powerful with the spices and oil but there’s always something to help with it. Like the salty lassi and the fennel seeds I tried in the last video!! Indian food is always so balanced!

@1:35 yes u are right. Coz it must have got black salt in it which has pungent smell bcoz of it's sulphur content. It's considered good for ur gut that's why Indians add this salt.

See begal tigers are only seen in North east side of India.....so ull not find everywhere. In India u can see migrating pink flamingoes at one place, then indian king cobra in South side , rare red mongoose and Indian dolphin
