Hello, I am on work permit and I had applied Visitor visa for my spouse and kid. Proposed stay was nearly two years (based on my work permit) and it got refused stating that they may not return to India. I am planning to reapply for a period of two months now with additional supporting docs. Kindly share if you have any suggestions for reapplying. Thanks in advance

Hi, thanks a lot for your nice vedio. I have a question sir concerning my husband's and my visiting visa. My husband applied in jan . Biometric done on jan 24 , then today 14/6, got the reply (refused) and me i applied on may 22 biometic on may 30also received today refused response. What can we do? We would like to re applie.

Reasons they have given for refusel is purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent,.. Your assets and financial situation is not sufficient.. What can we do sir?

Asking on a friends behalf: He want to apply canada visit visa & have work visa in UK until April 2027 but as per home office policy they have only issued BRP(British Resident Permit Card) until 31-12-2024. Now while filing Canada visit visa form, it is asking for current visa expiry date. He is confused what date he should enter as he needs to attach BRP copy as well with visa application. He has the home home office email for exact visa duration when it was issued.

Hi I am very concerned and confused... I applied for my spouse case through a consultancy company online in Dec 2021 Which got rejected on 11 Feb 2022 because of incomplete documentation. The consultant applied again on 22 Feb 2022 and forgot to attach the rejection letter and he then applied the whole case again on 24 Feb 2022... On 17 May 2022 we got the 24 th Feb file returned reason being that why two spousal applications were send .... And now IRCC is returning back my visa fee too ... But my 22 Feb application is still in view .... What should I do ? Please guide me.... It's already very hard to live without my husband.... I can't face another rejection I'm not that stable emotionally..
