I applied for visitor visa during the process of spousal PR application was going and my visitor visa got rejected because the reason of coming back to home country was not strong I guess most of the visitors visa get rejected during spousal PR. My husband is in Canada for last 2 yrs and have a good job also I am independent and working with MNC in India still the visitors visa got rejected.

If visitor visa has been rejected twice before applying sponsorship visa .. then also we can apply for visitor visa during sponsorship visa period?

In such circumstance, I'll advise you to first apply for the sponsorship and i believe you already did that. Try to work on reasons why the visitor visa was rejected in the first two attempts and yes you can go for the third attempt. Or else, wait on how long are they taking to process your sponsorship application. If too long, go for the the third attempt but also take the advise of an immigration representative on what they suggest. If it helped, please Hit the Subscription button and like this video 😊

Since the first PPR you've got is for the visitor Visa, try going under that basis. Having your passport stamped and getting fully vaccinated at the earliest should be your priority. Later when you land in Canada I think you might be able to get your PR under the Spousal case but please confirm this scenario with an accredited immigration lawyer before going ahead.

There's nothing to do with the NOC for spousal sponsorship but yes he should have enough funds to support you when you arrive in Canada
