I prepared today. This recipe taste= what i eat in Mumbai. This quantity was sufficient to have with 17 pavs or for 3 people. I used home made frozen peas. I felt soaked dry peas won't give the best taste. I used 1 packet (12g) of Everest pav bhaji masala. Taste was amazing. Thank you for this. Your previous pavbhaji recipi didn't give this taste. I previously tried. I was in assumption Street vendors might be using ajinomoto. Tell recipes using tum tum paste because still it is left. I used byadiga mirchi. 8-10 byadiga chilli paste would be sufficient for this quantity.

Yeah 8-10 byadigi is sufficient you can make the larger quantity and refrigerate up to 1 month. Ajinomoto is not essential
