This time of year it's key to use a visual bait to increase the chance of a bite. During the warmer months it's not as necessary as the carp will be digging around for food.

If a carp is interested in feeding it will pick it up regardless of color. I use live system all year round sometimes with a bright pop sometimes with a hard hook bait 👌

I am currently debating if i should use pro-stim and live together throughout the year, or go tuna and pro-stim. Would you guys fish Pro-Stim even in the depths of winter?

Just some input on your question, I use Live system spring and another companies fishmeals in summer. Late Autumn and winter is all particle and maggots/casters

Pro-Stim Liver is a great year round bait. Mixing with live System is also a good option like Sean is doing in this video.
