I've never thought about different fabric densities and weight as contributing to how cohesive an outfit might look! Now currently thinking up new outfit combos on my commute home haha

I love your emphasis on learning to trust your intuition about these things (I guess it was specifically about overall “vibe”). I have a feel for fabric densities, lines, and colors that “go,” and while it’s super helpful to expand the possibilities I’m exploring, I can keep trusting my eye, as well! I love this one, so much packed into a short video!!

I found this so interesting. My complexion is a deep winter but my kibbr body type is flamboyant natural. So I love crisp cool neutrals with pops of very saturated colours. It works for me, but I struggle to add new pieces. I have a good sense of colour combos, and an eye for interesting silhouettes. But what I really appreciated in the video is the weight and the drapiness of the fabrics and its all around impact on the look. It makes sense why I keed decluttering the same things. And it also makes sense why I struggled finding shoes to suit the drape of what I'm wearing. Thank you. I finally understand that it's the accessories that I need to work on. I look forward to seeing more of your videos Would love to see what you suggest a flamboyant natural wear (and maybe not the boho kind, such as myself)

This was very helpful! I think I’m max visual harmony and didn’t know it before. I love that top also Rita. I kept thinking a pink cami would look awesome under it and when you said the visual by color I was like yep that’s me

You get me 💜 Searching for the perfect pink cami for months but no luck so far

I absolutely love your style! So polished and put together but also looks effortless in the sense that it’s like genuine. You didn’t try to be someone you’re not. Just very classy. Are we allowed to ask what archetype or quadrant you are? I would basically wear everything you wear haha

Hi Rita. Another great video. So much to think about. I had to go and look in the mirror to make sure my outfit is in harmony today. Something that I'm going to start doing every day. Sure wish I had this knowledge in my 20's. Thanks again. Looking forward to the next video.

This is great! Noticing what is or isn't similar about various pieces of the whole. So can be intentional about matching or not matching their vibe together (within the entire outfit "story"). Even if that's to be deliberately NOT harmonious.

Rita: Denser fabrics usually read as dressier! Me who thought it was the opposite: 👁️👄👁️ Where I live most of our formal events happen in summer. And it’s also near a lot of farms so lightweight fabrics are seen as impractical, and therefore fancier, you want sturdy fabrics that last for farm work!! But I can also understand how they give the impression of quality in contrast to most fast fashion

Yeah I totally understand what you mean! Like a summer dress is fancier than workwear denim. That's a good point and it is very hard to make universal statements about fashion!

At 9:24 ... I'm getting Portuguese vibes ... It's like a drag outfit to represent a country? Apart from the footwear, I think it works. And maybe she needs a wide-brimmed straw hat or something. It's almost something.
