Visual Kei (V系メイク) Make-Up Tutorial

Visual Kei (ヴィジュアル系, also known as VK), literally Visual Style, is a Japanese music movement which emerged in the 1980s with glam rock/heavy metal bands such as X Japan. Nowodays, it refers to any music genres and is characterized by eccentric looks, elaborate hair styles and make up and most of the time, an androgynous appareance. KISS would certainly fit in this category, to take a foreign band as example.
This movement inspired me a lot back then and pushed me into the world of make up, style, and of course Japanese culture. I'm still listening to the same old songs I was listening to in middle school (by Miyavi, Mucc, Diaura, Kagerou...). If you know more recent singers/bands in this style, I would be more than glad to discover them !

So, I saw old video about him/her to check out, but in a old video seems a very femminine boy, in a little more recent (but by the way old) video her/his seems an androgynous girl. So, now I'm more confused xD

Wow this is the first makeup tutorial I've watched since high school! I was really into the alternative makeup, like visual kei and goth.
