In recent years, the tax landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has undergone a substantial and rapid transformation, including introduction of new taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) in 2018, Transfer Pricing Regulations in 2019, ​ Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT) in 2020 and Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoicing) in December 2021 - Phase 1.​
