In recent years, the tax landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has undergone a substantial and rapid transformation, including introduction of new taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) in 2018, Transfer Pricing Regulations in 2019, Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT) in 2020 and Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoicing) in December 2021 - Phase 1.
