Just stopping by with my weekly comment... I started using youtube more as you guys recommended and have seen some growth. When you guys talked about shorts, I jumped on board and just took 20 or so of my best tiktoks and uploaded them and set them to publish once a day for the next 20 days. I'm about 5-6 days in and today I get this at the top of my youtube analytics "Wow! Your channel’s views are up 574% as you published more videos and got more views per video than before." Thanks for the great info. Just a note, that with regard to nutrition, exercise, food, there are actually differences in requirements and benefits to people in different age groups. So the benefits of a particular thing might very well be different for a boomer than others.

I started a blog in July 2020 and now that I have found out your channel, I realized that the posts I've already written (about 30) could be easily improved, according to your suggestions. Now my question is: should I change my posts to improve them, or this could impact negatively on my SEO and so it'd be better to leave them as they are, and to write new ones in a better way? Is it normal to have 1800 internal links only pointing to my home page which is my root domain? Or is too much? It's a blog type site, I have 150 posts published and the total amount of internal links for the whole domain is 9900. They got created automatically probably because of the structure. Thanks

This is really helpful. Are you getting your stats/info directly from the site owners? Ahrefs has very different search traffic numbers for some of these sites.

AHRefs doesn’t actually have their data. They have a guess based on the data they are able to get. If you check your own sites vs AHRefs you’ll see the same. Having owned dozens of websites and seen the analytics on several dozen more, I’ve never been able to confidently rely on AHRefs numbers for anything. They’ve sometimes been off by orders of magnitude and they’ve never been close enough for me to trust them. Don’t get me wrong. They have some awesome tools. But their data is so incomplete that I don’t use it for anything.

This has been very helpful. We need more of these reviews. My problem is coming up with 1300 words to answer a question. I'm lucky if I can get to 500 words. My question is once you've answered the question, how do I keep on writing and still stay on topic?

They made a video on this believe, where they created the subheadings first. Go to “people also asked” at the bottom of the page and try adding in whatever queries u find down there, usually It’s juicy questions that’s relatable to ur main question. Tht way all of a sudden you have 4 or 5 subheadings, and then it’s only a matter of writing small 200 ish words or so per subheading, and then boom! It’ll be easy to get to round 1300 words this way😁 u get what I mean? (Their vid I’m talking about is called like “how to write a blog post in 1 hour” I think. Check it out and tht might make more sense)
