I'm curious, usually when I try to create a kick, I get a "ring" sound in the background, wich its pretty hard to remove with EQ or similar, without destroying the entire kick, does it happen to you? how u get rid of those in case u do? thank you

Look , what I found when I am messing it up is usually the attack on the pitch envelopes . It really has to start from up ( in case of an lfo) or with absolutely zero attack on case of an actual envelope. If it goes up in pitch and then down it will make some phasey attack

Another thing I wanna look into when making kicks is that the envelopes aren't going way too hi on the spectrum . Some synths like serum will make overtones and that makes a weird attack too
