That’s super clever, using an envelope LFO to achieve ducking on your reverb and delays!

It’s. a great synth I am loving the unison controls in the advanced tab. You get really gritty with settings

@@Basuko_Smoker That was actually a pretty bold statement. It depends on the synth.

Nice to see you making a nice preset, clear and precise as per your usual standard. Please keep the tutorials coming on vital, I'm liking this synth more everyday. I'm going to make it following the vid, I think I might learn more doing it this way, instead of downloading the free preset. Keep safe

@@demishellen Why thers always something that dosent work in tutorials? When i click ENV2 the interface dosent turn green, and it does not allow me to change the Filter 1 envelope at 2:15.. im using version 1.0.3 if that matters? *UPDATE* Okay solved it: you needed to click-DRAG the ENV2 which wasent entirely self explanatory on my watch..

Can't find this preset (or any free presets) on your website. There also seems to be an issue with the stylesheet on your website, as it doesn't render correctly most of the time.

Hello everything is fine? It would be possible to leave the Mid and if you are using an arpegiator?

Thanks for this, I will be a little bit more familiar with this synth now. How do you think it compares with, let's say Sylenth or Synthmaster One or Hive? I am a newbie with synths and I am still overwhelmed by all the abundance of controls and possibilities. Will get there someday but by trying things out sometimes I get a nice result and I urge to create a preset with this before I screw it, haha!
@demishellen4 жыл бұрын
Each and everyone has a different approach in sound so I cannot say one is better than the other but they have their perks. I find pads intuitive in Hive 2 where as plucks come naturally in synthmaster as an example. Learning is about sticking with one synth and learning everything it has to offer then once you switch to difference synths you will know exactly what deal is and get straight to creating. 🙂
@jonathanbougie-lauzon45834 жыл бұрын
@@demishellen Thanks, great advice. I will try to learn not too many at same time so I am not too confused but Vital seems pretty straightforward. Synthmaster and Hive are a bit less intuitive maybe... But I begin to find similarities between all synths at some point. Work in progress! Omnisphere is very nice too and was scary at first but I find it quite intuitive now that I get it more and more. All great products! But Vital for free is a big winner since it packs so much stuff for free.

Dumb question but I am trying to design how would you organize the presets to create a soundbank? EDIT: I saw you save the preset but I guess I am more asking for organization in the folders.

My only problem with sound design is that my sound sounds weird like when I use unison/multiple oscillators its clashing with itself and the sounds sound harsh low end or high end sometimes or the overall frequency balance of the sound is uneven dont know how to fix that.
@midnightskyofficial3 жыл бұрын
You can fix that with a simple EQ! I know you want the original sound to be great, but your issue sounds like than can be fixed by cutting those frequencies with an EQ
