Levan of today is not the Levan that fought Vitaly that day, he is way stronger today, after that day Levan kept on evolving nonstop and he still is for the Devon match, Vitaly also seemed to be evolving into the Krasimir match he was very impressive and certainly stronger than when he faced Levan, but after that he dissapeared and has surfaced now, what it seems weaker or Silaev just evolved into another level or could be a bit of both.

Laletin couldn't use his power against him because of the speed difference. If he could hold Levan for 4-5 seconds he is no doubt the no. 2 guy and still is, this is just him not getting the right setup
