That is a really nice, comprehensive explanation of these vitamins. Now that the picture is clear, It makes even more sense to take them. Nice work!

Hey Mike, another stellar Video, but I believe Vit A needs a zinc finger to get into the nuclease of the cell for transcription? Can you comment on the importance of Zn and the Zn finger in this process...

QUESTION : do you think 'natural sources' (veggies/fruits/meat) are still considered as good source even when it comes from the industry ? Should we rely on supplements ? --> the amout of vitamins & minerals established with garden grown fruit might be far superior to soilless ones ? - I mean it's no brainer that the taste, acidity, sweetness etc.. of what grows in my garden is UNCOMPARABLY superior to what I can buy in stores (even organic).

Hi! Great explanation, but I have a question. In one of my textbooks it is said that vit. E is important for red blood cells because vit E stops them from lysing. Can you explain that function a little bit? Thank you!

Does Beta-carotene from plant sources need to be converted into Retinol first and then carry on to Retinal, etc..? Is their a plant source for Retinal or only synthetically made? Isn't Vitamin k also needed for Calcium management into bone remodeling?
@oluwatoyinfateemah16854 ай бұрын
Carrot is no 1 plant source. Yes, he said it. Calcium allows for coagulation while the vitamin k activate the coagulation.

Amazing as always! Please can you consider making a video on anaemias. I just cannot get my head around how you would diagnose it from a full blood count. You explain things so clearly in an easy to understand manner and I would be very grateful.

Nothing on the relationship between Vit D and Vit K, specifically re: calcium? Is there a reason Vit D is commonly tested in general practice, but not the other 3 fat soluble vitamins?

Interesting exposition but the writing is horrible. Couldn't a tablet or other presentation device be used instead of that scribbled board?
