In this video, we’re going to talk about vitamin K2 and pathological calcification. What is pathological calcification? This is a condition in the body where calcium is developing in the wrong places.
It can be involved in the:
• Arteries
• Stomach
• Kidneys
• Lungs
• Breast tissue
• Cornea Pathological calcification basics:
• Calcium is developing in the soft tissues, not in the bone
• The calcium could be developing to act as a bandaid because there is oxidation in the vascular system or a certain part of the body
• You may not have enough vitamin E or selenium to protect the oxidative lesion • You may have ischemia adding to the problem
• Calcium tends to accumulate in certain parts of the body involving the control of pH-the tissue is too alkaline
• Nanobacteria are the smallest known bacteria. They hide in calcium shells to protect themselves, and they’re almost impossible to kill with antibiotics.
They are also involved in many diseases that have calcification connected to it. Vitamin K2 is involved in about 17 different proteins involving the movement of calcium out of the soft tissue and back into the bone. Vitamin K2 is a common vitamin deficiency.
Foods high in vitamin K2:
• Organ meats
• Egg yolks
• Butter
• Hard cheeses
• Goose liver
• Natto (fermented soybeans)
Foods rich in vitamin K1: • Leafy greens I believe the more common reasons why so many people have calcium building up in the wrong places are:
• They don’t have enough vitamin K1 to convert to K2
• They aren't consuming enough K2
• Antibiotics
• Statins
• Digestive issues
• Fatty liver
• Low vitamin E combined with sugar and carbs
What to do if you have calcification:
• Take fulvic acid
• Take EDTA
• Take vitamin K2
• Consume more vitamin K1 (leafy greens) If you don’t have any calcification symptoms, as a preventative measure, you should do healthy keto.

I eat eggs every day and cheese. However, I have gut issues that don't allow me to absorb as much vitamins from my food. I've had calcium in the breast and frozen shoulder which was calcium in the soft tissue of my shoulder. The most painful thing you will ever go through. Well, five days ago, the pain started in my shoulder again. I knew this was going to develop into frozen shoulder and I would be on my way to the ER. I remembered something about K2 and calcium and decided to start it right away. Within 24 hours, the pain was gone. I went from barely able to touch the area to absolutely no pain at all. It was amazing. This video just confirms what I knew.

If youre Japanese or other Asian descent Natto is used used a bit better because this food has been adapted to over generations. However mk7 (in Natto) for the general public isnt as good as mk4 (the animal form) and mk4 even for Japanese is better. mk4s has DIRECT positive influence on DNA, mk7 does not. 23andme does genetic tests.

@@mkovis8587 wouldnt worry about it. A healthy body knows how to regulate food sources it completely recognises. It will excrete calcium through feces. Certain supplemention is where calcium overload is a concern. Such as Calcium Carbonate.

Become interested in K2 because "heart disease" is a problem in dad's side of the family - dad had one fully blocked and two half blocked arteries by the time he was 55, he tried Chelation therapy, juice diets, vegetarian diets nothing worked but he still lived until 78yrs without any bypass. So I figured there was more to artery blockages than Cholesterol, so to cut a long story short after hearing one story of a personal benefits of taking K2 and then discovered Dr Bergs channel, I have started experimenting with Vitamin K2 by taking two 180mcg tablets daily so far for two months, in the first month I had minor pain in the left kidney area which disappeared after the first month, then I noticed when ever I had ate chocolates I would get sensitivity in the teeth but that has mainly ceased after two months on K2 so I am looking forward in finding more long term benefits.

I have been doing keto & taking D3 & K2 combo for a while now and I noticed my gums have started to get healthier. I also have several nodes in my lungs and was told that as long as they don't get too big they won't be a problem, in fact, they are very common. I hope to have it checked on my next check up and want to see if those have reduced in size or even disappeared. Thanks so much!!!!!

Was it the k2 d3 that made your lymph nodes swell?
@leonaedwards7104
@leonaedwards7104 2 жыл бұрын
Those nodes can turn cancerous. In 2012 an X-ray found a node on my lungs and was measured using a CT scan. It was fairly small but was checked every year for 4 more years. In 2019 I developed neuropathy in my feet and I am not diabetic. My doctor ordered a CT scan of my lungs and the spot had grown a little bit. The surgeon said if this had been the first time it was found they would wait and see. I had it removed and it was cancerous but because it was small it had not got to my lymph nodes so I didn’t need chemotherapy. This is the seconded time I got lucky with finding cancer before it got really dangerous. Check all those brown spots on your skin mine was stage 3 melanoma.

There's an alternate view on Calcification: 1. Body (cells) requires Calcium for electrolyte maintenance and other(s). 2. Deficiency in Calcium in the body is a result of lack of Calcium in present day foods (depleted minerals in modern agriculture). 3. To compensate, the body absorbs Calcium out of the bone. 4. This Calcium begins to be stored in soft tissue such as Calcium buildup in arteries, formation of kidney stones etc, at the cost of Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Skin Conditions, etc. 5. Neccessary to consume foods with higher Calcium content but difficult because many foods have become deficient. 6. Calcium supplements required but the Calcium must be "Highly Absorbable" --- Calcium Carbonate "Chalk" is almost non-absorbable --- only 1-2%. 7. Vitamin K2 is neccessary with the Calcium Supplement to direct the Calcium both into the bone and the cells where it is required, and reducing the soft tissue buildup. Note: I'm not a doctor so please research this yourself.

@@mikel4879 The good Docter did not mention the overall reduction of common Minerals (Calcium included) in today's foods being continually and increasingly harvested from the same mineral depleting soils, nor did he mention that Calcium Supplements are not all the same --- some refer to Calcium Carbonate Supplements as "limestone", useless as a Calcium Supplement yet packaged, sold and swallowed by millions.
@daves2624

@randomusings369 The average body requires approx 600mg of Calcium per day/per100 lbs... so how much eggs, cheese and leafy greens will one have to eat daily... especially if one is vegan, and/or avoiding GMO, antibiotics, hormones, Glysophate etc, and/or on blood thinners?.... and how does one calculate the Calcium content of foods grown on depleted soils (with chemical fertilizers) or grown hydroponically with what nutrients and minerals added to the water content? Calcium Citrate is marginally better than the Carbonate form but there are others that provide superior bioavailability. I do like the good Doctor and watch many of his videos, but I dont totally rely on his info regardless of how many thousands of videos he's made. For others, please don't rely on only one source... always get a second opinion.

I love Dr Berg, but have been kicking and screaming against some of his posts because he runs down (healthy) high carb diets when I haven't been able to do keto as he suggests because my blood pressure goes through the roof on keto, but is pretty good when eating plant based. I think this stuff on Vitamin K2 and also his recent video on Vitamin D and high systolic blood pressure might finally be the answer!! Everything in these 2 videos seem to apply to me. And while I have tried Vit D2/K2 before, it sounds like I've been using WAY too little doses. If this works, maybe I can finally give keto a try for longer than 2 days without my BP going through the roof!! Thanks Doc, I'm feeling hopeful !

Ok tonight I made a fettuccine Alfredo with organic cream and the Irish butter that's organic. Me and my daughter felt sick after. I thought it was too rich and so did she. As I am about to go to sleep, I suddenly developed kidney pain. I also felt a lump sensation radiating in my body. I prayed and I realized I gave us way too much vitamin D at once and so I researched vitamin k and landed here. Turns out I have a lot of signs of vitamin K2 deficiency and I hurried and grabbed my sauerkraut with garlic and ate. I have been diagnosed with fatty liver too btw and also have gut issues. I need to start being careful with consuming way too much vitamin D at once. The kidney pain went away afterwards but it felt like something was lodged in my kidneys for a short period. Soo weird.

In researching EDTA, it is only given internally by intramuscular shot or by IV. Also it can chelate many other things besides calcium, such as iron, potassium and magnesium. I would consider EDTA taken internally as too dangerous just to try to drive out calcium from soft tissues. It can create way more problems than it solves.

Is it possible to take too much K2 a day? I've seen a bottle of K2 on an online supplement store, but each capsule has 800 mcg. Is 800 mcg too much? The reason I ask is because the 800 mcg capsule is cheaper and contains more capsules than the K2 100 mcg capsule on the same online store. Otherwise it's the same brand, and I've bought other supplements from the same company with satisfactory results
