The old shinobi may not be as good as most the other characters, but he was really fun to play, his play style felt so different to everyone else and was surprisingly enjoyable despite losing most fights. Maybe because the expectation was that he wasn’t as good, so every kill felt better :)

It's not exactly Apollyon that was added. but a Warmonger. This group/ hero, was added about a year (or two) ago. When you purchase the Warmonger, you'll play as Astrea (armor set). From what I've heard, the Warmonger we have playable in the game. came to kill the impostors who were "cosplaying" as Apollyon during the metal trial event (Hope chapeter) after she died in the story mode Like Apollyon, the Warmonger(s) are thriving for nothing but war cross factions. I like to think that the Warmongers are many (Astrea, Dysnomia, Lethe... Etc..) because of all the sets you can have on her and on the small details that changes (hair, tattoo on the neck, name). Then again it's what I understood, I could be totally wrong.

I do like this new shinobi or orochi in testing grounds. I agree they needed a rework but Ubi went a bit too far. If they are making orochi have that second guaranteed light after any hit, it allows for more light spam. Shinobi is like Amusha, Cent, and Orochi rolled into one. Which is too much. As I said they needed a rework but they do need to be toned down a bit from testing grounds

But they removed orochi's light finisher so they can't really light spam. If all they're doing is pressing R1 then you'll have frame advantage after every second light

@@_daveyw_ this is true but they also gave orochi a bash kick. So orochi can just bash light repeatedly. But as you said you do have frame advantage. Orochi is very fun to play but they overpowered a tad much.
