The song is based on the legend of the god Chandra (Hindi) and the Mantra (Chandra-Chandra...). This is a wish of good luck in love for the New Year for everyone. This song & SASHA: Expander were pretty big back then in that genre. Reactions to this particular video are very fun to watch. You don't see bad reviews of it neither. When you could be very negatively judgemental, it's very hard to be with his on stage personality. His stage presence reminds me of how Devin Townsend is on stage. Just eccentric & fun. Good video. Check out VITAS: Opera #2. The guy has a great voice under the goofy getup. 💎
