3:45 I was raised with the mindset ”safety according to what you are doing”. Car=seatbelt, biking=helmet, rollerblades=helmet and knee and elbow protection. Just running and jumping around was ”come ask for a patch if you get hurt😂❤

Vita, you’re way too young for Botox. I prefer rotating laser treatments and Hydra facials. HIIT workouts with resistance 3-5x a week. And of course full body massages on the interval. I don’t know how you do it with full mom responsibilities but you’re awesome! ❤ Your kids and husband are so lucky to have you!😎👍🏻

@@yourfavcat7618 Fraxel if you have deep scars but regular light ones or sun spots, pico. And rotate with Hydra facials, as it deep cleanses but hydrate at the same time! I am always weary of injectables because it’s a lot harder to detox it out of our “system”, should occasion calls for it. Also check in with a trusted dermatologist when suspicious skin spots appear to make sure it’s nothing malignant. 😎

I worry about the skin getting exhausted and basically collapsing when age of 40-50 hits. I think in terms of skin health and what a ton of treatments and products will do to the skin(what if something pathological develops.)! Men don’t look like tr*sh in their skin and they basically do nothing, so the idea that women need to spend 5k minimum a month on skincare (products/treatments/surgeries), is something I will not accept.

A few months ago there was a news feature reporting that gen z and millennials are wanting to live on golf courses. Golf course memberships exploded from Palm Beach to Miami, and has doubled and tripled in price. Some are $500k or more a year, with some celebrities on waiting lists. When I moved back here from NYC, I was torn between buying in Coral Gables or Weston, and caved to the equally gorgeous charming Weston on a golf course. So your brother is 👌🏽⛳️

You're too young for Botox. After a time, your skin can become resistant to the benefits of Botox. Wait until you are over 45 years old and showing signs of aging.

@@litvusha It's not BS. Everyone has a different experience. As a registered nurse, after receiving Botox for 15 years, it stopped showing improvements. My skin appearance didn't change. Don't criticize others when they speak from experiences that you don't have. Don't be inconsiderate.
