Which are the legal principles applicable in a breach of contract by a company that was not duly formed at the time of award of the contract and still remains in breach of the same contract even after Incorporation?

Hello. The legal principles are the same that apply generally. However a contract can be formed only between two persons, either natural or artificial. If a company is not incorporated by law then, it can't enter a contract by itself, because it's non existent.
