Shopping U7 ebike brought me to your 2 videos and I'm super impressed with your no nonsense style. Love your narration and every thing you say has value. No hype or sales crap. I subscribed just to help your numbers, as I'm not into gas bikes. Thanks

After about 6 months, and surviving the dangerous flip up seat malfunction on my second ride, and suffering through numerous calls to representatives who either couldn’t understand English and failed to replace my seat post with an acceptable replacement, I agree with this review and like this bike better than my radrunner plus, a great bike but a little heavy and too large, I love my U7!

Does anybody know if you got the U7 bike in the U7 2.0 with a 20 amp battery will it fit the regular U7 bike their customer service is so poor I can't get anybody to get back with me on anything cuz I would like to order the 20 amp battery if it would fit but like I say their customer service is so bad I can't get anybody to get back with me so I don't know and I don't want to order something that won't fit

No the batteries are not interchangeable.

My flip up post almost dumped me on the street. After 5 or more call speaking to people who were very limited in their understanding of English, they suggested I buy my own 12:58 replacement. Within the return period I requested a return and they ceased all correspondence. BUT after purchasing a non flip up post, I do like my bike and I was surprised they at my 228 pounds I am getting 28 mph according to my map my walk app. Two things that I really appreciate are the low maintenance mag style wheels and hydraulic adjustable disc breaks. I agree with every point you made. I had a utility bike that was bigger, and top heavy and cost $500 more . I, at 74 years feel I have more control and more stable than my larger utility bike.This feels more like a conventional bicycle .

I bought the 20ah battery bike and it doesn't last very long. Only 20 miles on a full charge on the flat no hills! Vitilan only gives excuses when asked to help! I wouldn't buy anything from them!

Hey, I've got a question and ask your bud I got the same ebike there that you have. With the 16amp battery, do you have any idea if the 20 amp battery will fit our bike? Because if it would fit your bike, it would fit mine. Could you please let me know thank you

I have the 16Ah battery as well. I think the 20Ah is slightly taller so it should fit in without modifications. But I would email Vitilan first to be sure.

Great Video. I have the Vitilan I7 Pro 2.0 and it rocks. Going to get the U7 Pro 2.0 for my wife. Have Zoom seat post on my starter Engwe C20 Pro. Front Forks appear to be different on the I7 vs U7, but batteries appear to be the same. The 20 AH battery is worth every penny. You should try and review the I7 Pro 2.0 vs Engine Pro. Engwe Front Forks are noisy and bottom out and stopped me from upgrading to the Engwe X20 which has a rattle-trap front suspension. Anyway, thanks for the insightful update video on the U7. Convinced me to add on our ebike fleet!!!

how far are you going on your 20ah battery? I only get about 21 miles on flat level riding. Vitilan is fighting me to fix it. I'm letting the CC company force them to take the bike back or replace the battery. ALL these chinese bike companies pull the same crap and don't stand behind what they sell. Best company out there is LECTRIC, i know people who bought their bikes and they took great care of them.

You know the only thing I can say about these vital and e-bikes is their quality control is not really good I have got a U7 bike here and the only thing that's wrong with it is they sent it out with Ben rotors on the bike brand new bike cost me over $1,000 and the rotors are bent and I run into the same problem probably like everybody else you try to take it to a bicycle shop and they look at you and they say they can't touch it because you didn't buy it from them in which I believe is a bunch of BS because I'm willing to give them money to fix this but they don't want to touch it because I didn't buy it from them and which is really destroying these e-bike companies that you buy online because I'm not a bicycle mechanic by no means and when I run into problems like this yeah sure I can fix the front wheel with no problem take it off put a new rotor on and we're good to go but the back wheel is really complicated and I'm scared to try to take it off and I might not get it back on right and mess it up so that's the downfall to all of these e-bikes that you buy online that show up in a box if you have any problems with it nobody wants to help you

What good would it do to reach out to the company? They're in China. All they would do is send me replacement rotors. And then I wouldn't be able to get them Put on the bike because Nobody will work on a bike that You bought online because You didn't buy it from them. They're not willing to help

If I buy a new saddler for this bike I just ordered it. Can the new seat flip up like the original seat to remove battery? Or would I have to take the whole seat and post out to move the battery?

Looking at ordering 2 of these. I wonder if the company has fixed the seat post issue? Doesn't seem fair to have to go buy one on my own dime to fix a known defect from them. Also, there is a 20ah option for $100 more than their standard 16ah stock battery. I won't be taking it for all day long rides...is it worth paying $100 more 2x for the extra battery power?

They did'nt. I bought this bike and I received it 2 weeks ago and I was shocked how bad it was working. The suspension works ONLY if the weight is centered. Otherwise, it blocks. The company sent me another one but quality is the issue. The new one is not better. My parents have Evercross EK6 almost same bike but cheaper and with "cheaper" components. But the suspension seat post on their bike is better and works really great. I contacted Evercross and I could have one for 60$. (canadian) Quite expensive but heck I want a quality suspension seat post that folds down for removing the battery. Sadly, in the bicycle market, it has a lot of good suspension seat post brand but they're not folding...

I bought the U7 and agree with everything you stated about the bike. The stock seat post bent badly 1st time out riding, I weigh 165lbs so I was surprised it bent so quickly. I replaced it with SR Suntour SP12 NCX bike Suspension Seatpost. Works great can't say enough about it. I am a little disappointed in the front suspension however, it is entirely too stiff. That needs some work IMO and should move much easier. It moves but it takes a hell of a bump to move it so in the mean time you feel every little jolt you normally wouldn't. I bought the Polarna M4 before this one and It had a great suspension front and rear. I could easily ride comfortably without any front jolts to the wrists and arms. I'm hoping to take the front suspension apart and figure out why its so stiff soon before riding season in PA. Safe riding :)

I have that exact pannier bag for my i7! I drilled out the top 2 rivets that hold the clips to the bag, and left the 3rd rivet alone. I was able to swing the clip around, and out of the way of the bike rack for a much better fit. You sold me on the zoom seat post. That's another thing I want to upgrade after seeing this.

I'm really liking the videos, but I'm a new gas bike builder I have three so far. and that's what got me watching ur videos gas bike builds. my question is for a man with a budget where did u go as far as videos to learn the port timing and how to adjust it and does the oz reed valve boost power or just to fix a cylinder if u go to far

The oz reed helps with maintaining a usable engine while fucking with port timing so you can get a wicked fast bike rather than with no reed

have u looked at the sur ron or the talaria thinking about it but what ebike is quick but has a good range
