Arrivederci Roma! Goodbye Rome! I grew up listening to this song - but to hear it again sung by such a sensitive Italian singer, with true Italian phrasing, makes me very nostalgic. Vittorio, the sense of departure, looking at the empty piazzas, the narrow “stradas,” the quiet dinner, the family gathering, and one last arriverci at the piazza with your arms extended and swirling is all so very touching. Amico Vittorio, congratulations on your release, and much success!
