Your work is really cool. Is the chain length enough to use 52t chainring, 48t cassette? Shimano, Sram 126 link, is it not enough? 4:18

@@Crookedshedbikes How can you make the rear derailleur to go over the 36t cog ? Is it a Red AXS XPLR ? But it looks more like the normal AXS to me.
